Two Ink Greyscale

Desired result: Very light background, dark text.  Problem: If the tonal range of the image is limited to the 1-30% range, much of it will get blown out because of dot disappearance.  Solution: color the text black, and make the background a monotone with a light grey, such as Pantone 408.
